I have had 2 great experiences at the bike shop. Both times we got our bikes in right away for simple tune ups and had friendly service. Would recommend if you need simple fixes:) I also bought a great rain jacket with a defected zipper. The sales staff were super helpful and courteous in replacing my coat with zero issues.

Poor service and questionable product knowledge. After years of visiting this location I am compelled to write a review in order to highlight the consistent lack of service I and my family receive. When I have sought someone out to answer questions, they either don't know or don't care. To be fair, my experience has mostly been with weekend staff. I am hopeful that those who care about service will inspire others to raise their game.

Great staff. Dealt with three staff members during our transaction tonight and they were all great to deal with. I’ve been to wot of Sport Cheks but this one had the best service so far.

Satisfactory service, lady store manager is helpful and easy to find. Returned a pair of shoes from an online order that arrived completely worn. Staff were apologetic, helpful and tried to find solutions.

We have always found the staff, while sometimes not plentiful, to be well informed and at least ready to offer a reasonable opinion. Shelves seem well stocked and the place is generally clean.
