Not only did I have a great shopping experience, while I was there I lost my ring and was sure it was gone but Megan found it, called me and kept it safe until I could pick it up! Absolutely amazing

Amazing customer service! I came here because the girl at the sports check in west brook mall gave me so much attitude. Here everyone was so helpful & nice. Even though it was busy I had a great experience. This will be the only sport check I will go to from now on.

Jay helped my kids get their back to school runners. He was super fast despite having several customers at the same time. He taught my son a special way to tie his shoes to improve ankle support. He made sure that we ended up with shoes that worked for school needs but were still cool enough for my kids. Best service ever!

I visit from time to assess them compared to Chinook and few other, they certainly miss the mark. I have verbally have been greeted once, bike and snowboard section guys are always approachable and will ask if you need anything the rest of the store. You will see young ladies checking clothing in there leggings but they do not want to be bothered . They are hired for how the look not on how to help you. Regardless upstairs hockey and golf people always welcoming in second floor and always ask if they can help. Shoe section was a complete fail I wandered back and forth to see if they would offer help they just stood there. Chinook anialates the customer service experience here . You will be greeted coming in and will be treated through out the store no matter what Dept and some will always thanks for stopping by. Doesn't have to be everytime but that's what makes me buy these days those little things. Hello, thanks for stopping in.

Really nice Reno on the location. Lots of floor space and a good selection of pretty much any sport related gear. The location is in a mall though so it can get pretty busy.
