Went in to buy a kick stand for my bike and the service guys in the back didn't realize I could hear them. Unfortunately I heard one of the guys saying how he left a potential customer on the phone on hold for 20mins. They both laughed and said, "time to give up buddy". And that wasn't the end. I couldn't find the kick stand so I looked around for other interesting items. A larger set man came in and asked a question and the guy was down right ignorant. #stopbullying. It wasn't until after he left that the true colors of the employee should through. The people up front were professional and helpful but after what I experienced I wont ever shop there again.

If you need your bike up and running scheduling is a big problem. Also no bike parts in stock. Staff seemed nice enough but not terribly knowledgable. Went to Canadian Tire and found the simple item I needed 10 minutes after being told they probably don't have it either. Just misleading customers really.

omg i just got my bike fixed 2 weeks ago. the front derailleur twisted so i put it in repairs. next thing you know you find a derailleur and it is tigtened with duct tape and inner tube. and then my derailleur twists again.

Waited in the shoe section for 10 minutes with no help, went and got someone to page someone showed up 10 minutes later. Ask for a pair of shoes they went back and look for him five minutes later came back and said they didn't have my size but they could recommend something similar. Then got a page and ran off. wasted a half-hour with nothing to show for it.
