No wonder hockey registration in Canada is down, the price of hockey is ridiculous and I get emails at 10:30 pm telling me if I don't register my son for hockey baby June 30TH I GET CHARGED ANOTHER FEE! The season starts in October and I should be able to register him the day before if I choose without having to pay MORE than I already do. Hopefully the league they have started up north comes south!

I was treated like absolute garbage by so called "fair and equitable" staff at LMHA, they threatened not to refund me my money after they kicked me out, they said there was enough people to make 6 bantam teams and enough goalies for that (this is for house league) when I got to tryouts there where not even enough for five teams, and so after our three tryouts games (in which I was the second best goalie by only letting in one shot) they drew the goalies name out of hats for whose team they would go on, after me and another kid weren't drawn from the hat we were kicked out and almost weren't refunded, we both went to magrath, he went to bantam and I went to peewee but that didn't bother me, just as long as I got to play, magrath was possibly the best minor hockey association in alberta, they treated everyone there with respect.

This association is so corrupt, The presidents of the Minor Hockey Board of directors wife is a paid Employee , the registrar's (paid emplyee) husband is also the past president , I thought these are volunteer positions on the board of directors , they seem to be paid positions to me, in a round about way , Oh and the registrar doesn't even live in Lethbridge , oh wait not even in Alberta. She lives in Saskatchewan. How does Lethbridge Minor Hockey employ a person who doesn't even live in Lethbridge . With the downed economic times in Alberta, Maybe we can employ someone from Lethbridge. All of this corrupt business starts at the top. the GM has to go. Kieth HitchCock has to be held accountable for his decisions. More to Come. Stay tuned,
