Racist Attitude!!! I bought a jacket "North face" one that I didn't want to buy because it was expensive(but affordable ) though I bought it only because of their attitude. I told to cashier that I think 50% discount will be added. she said nooooo 50% discount already has been added with rude attitude. Customer might be confused it's their duty to assist customers with smile. I don't have any problem with sports check's products but I am only dissatisfied with stuff's attitude!! They shouldn't think like brown /black person cannot afford their products. SHAME!

This place is in such bad aray. Fitting rooms are full of un purchased clothing. Tags ripped off and on the floor. The sitting area outside the fitting rooms are covered with clothes. I found 2 items of clothing. On the same rack and of the same size. I got to the checkout to find one was less. I asked the young man why they were not the same price. They came from the same rack. I asked him to tell me the difference and he couldnt tell me. I asked for the same " lesser" price on the other one and he says he didnt hang them and would not give the same price. Too bad i needed 2 shirts or i would have left them there.

guy selling skates couldn’t be bothered to get us a pair to try because he was “helping” someone else at the time... even when I prompted him I was rudely told to wait... what was he so busy with? he was literally silently watching another customer lace her skates for over 5 minutes, most literally doing nothing.

Asked staff to find one of the item that was on sale. After the device confirmed there was 1 in the store, she literally told me to find it myself. I got MEC membership right after that.

Busy store. This location is smaller than other Sport Chek's in Edmonton. They do not stock as many lines however they do have the basic items that are needed by every active person. The shoe department has quite a large selection. This is the best part of the store. They also have a large selection of kids items.
