New area is awesome! They did a great job designing it and all the amenities of this building say something about the standard that they set. Everything looks top of the line and is a job well done. The only negative thing I have to say about this building is that the food and drinks here is way overpriced. So heads up..eat something before going in...your wallet will appreciate it more!

This is a great new venue. The seats are very nice, a good upgrade from Rexall. It can get really crowded, and there can be huge lines for the washroom at intermissions. The concessions, as well, are very expensive. 25 dollars for a burger? Almost 10 dollars for a slice of pizza? You don't come here for the food anyway, so I don't suggest buying anything to eat here, it's not worth it. If you want to catch a game here without paying through the roof, get some Edmonton Oil Kings tickets, which cost no more than 25 to 30 dollars.

Went for a concert. Was incredibly hot inside for October, and they stopped serving alcohol 15 minutes into the show. Not good. Was filling up water bottles in the washroom cuz everything was closed. Had floor seats, 3rd row and it was very crowded. People kept stepping on our feet. Terrible venue for those reasons.

Huge new facility. Way over priced. Water is $6+, a beer is $11!! $20 for a burger and chips!! Seats are extremely tiny. You are elbow to elbow with those around you and your knees touch the seat ahead of you. So every time anyone wants to move, everyone in that row must stand up cause there’s no where to move your legs. This facility is over priced and over charges for everything. Plus once you’re in, you’re in. You can’t leave for any reason and return to your show. So if you smoke, you’re out of luck no smoke breaks at all!! The shows/hockey games are great, but this facility is way overpriced and overrated!! Gouging customers at ever turn. I’m surprised they don’t charge for bathroom use...maybe that’s coming!! While us clean and nice, the amount you pay just to be there is absorbent and quite frankly, disgusting. Staff aren’t treated great and only make minimum wage, so the executives are cleaning up in the finance department! Sad that a building built for Edmontonians to use is so expensive not many can afford it.

First time in Rogers Place and it was a wonderful experience! Very quick going through the entry process with such a massive amount of people. We had floor seats for our concert and it was an amazing experience. Very impressed.
