Sheena! the Manager working during the day is amazing! I went in with some defective Burton boots and she took care of me with some $$$ back and new boots on the way. I would've been happy just sending them in for service/warranty as I do like the boots. She went above and beyond to make me happy. Without question I would recommend this shop for whatever you need. While I continued shopping the rest of the staff were helpful and kept a good atmosphere Keep it up!

These were the most helpful workers I've ever met in Edmonton. Super outgoing, had some good laughs and found what I needed with great help. It's also a huge store, anything you need sports related will be there. Trying on shoes made enjoyable!

In here on a Tuesday night. I understand you may not want to have a full staff. But might be a good idea to have employees who are willing to help you within a reasonable time. We spent almost 40 minutes in the store and not a single employee was available or visible. Finally arrived at the sneakers and wanted to try on a size and I had to hunt someone down to get a size. And then he just disappeared. Forever. Came to the store to buy my boyfriend sneakers and I will, just not at this store while it's got terrible customer service. Spending my money at a different SportChek.

This place is huge! Great selection of sporting goods, great place to get your gear. Unfortunately, for a lot of it you have to know what you're looking for, and how to fit it, as most of the staff seem limited in their experience/knowledge in my experience over 5 visits now. Hopefully this will improve as the store is open a little longer.

Went to get a black Friday deal and they said the boots I wanted had no discount. Later on, sitting inside the store I could make my purchase almost 40% off regular price, the discount they didn't want to give me in store so I had to place the order online and now wait whatever days to get it at home. This is extremely stupid. Also, for black Friday (today) they had signs up that you could get a promotional $50 credit if you spent $150 in black Friday. If you read the small prints it explained you would get the promotion if you spent $199... They can't even get their signs information straight. In the other hand, there was a young guy who helped me out who was helpful and very nice. I wish I could remember his name. He went to get me some socks that were supposed to be buy one get second 50% but when I went to pay, they were out of the promotion... So I left totally empty handed. IN BLACK FRIDAY!! HEY the day I was expecting to go leave my money to you guys. See the picture attached, from the online discount you said was regular price at the store.
