So I went there at 6pm not realizing that they were closed. The sales assistant opened the door and not only sold us a mesh for my son but restrung his stick. This place is awesome and the customer service is better than any other place I’ve been. I would not go any where else!!!

I'm sitting here at Cyclone in Coquitlam and getting my second pair of skates baked. I'm in awe of the level of care and service on my returned skates. I was nervous coming in today wondering if I was going to get the run around but nothing could be further from that fear. No questions asked they took my return and helped me get into a new pair that will hopefully fit me better. The time and knowledge these folks have is really great. They like to give you all the options and then you decide the best course of action. Special thank you to Geoff and Brent for helping me deal with a difficult process in finding the right skates.

Knowledgeable and patient staff. A great store for families with kids in hockey and lacrosse.
