Justin Taylor and John are one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with. Lots of issues with most of the local sports stores in Vancouver, but these guys will take my business any day. Their quick email responses and friendly staff are miles ahead of anywhere. Would highly recommend these guys to many sports players out there. Thanks again Justin & John keep up the great work.

Ordered my new goalie gear here and couldn’t be happier! Customer service is amazing, I received an email from Adele to check if the delivery address is correct bc she wanted to make sure my mask arrives at the right place. I will definitely order again and recommend your shop to my goalie friends! Thank you again for taking such good care of me! Caro

best place for hockey stuff hands down greatest customer service by the young guy working there he helped a ton and punched out a ton of room for my wide feet, fantastic sharpening and great recommendation of vapour even though he was hesitant on just selling and told me to wait for extra wide fit selections, the guy was not about selling but was about customer care and fit! great attitude

Great store, great guys. Amazing service. They have all the goods, knows all the products well and can recommend the right gear from novice to the pros. Would be nice if hockey equipment wasn't so expensive though.

review date: september 10, 2017 i'm from ontario and was doing research for the bauer 2017 flex warm-up pants. i would like to share my CTS shopping experience. back in august 2017, the only outfits that were coming up on google search for what i wanted were us-based sites. while i was prepared to buy from the states, if i can get a reasonable price and the item i want from canada, i will keep my dollars here. as a customer, it pays to shop around to get what you want at a fair price. to CTS' credit, (cts price match guarantee) they were willing go that extra mile, price matching on a competitor and special/back ordering specific colours i was looking for that weren't originally available. throughout all communications, justin taylor was very professional and caring, as if it was his own personal order, doing whatever it took to provide answers, and satisfaction. information updates were quick and timely. i ended up being able to get what i wanted at an even better price than the california website, factoring in extra duty fees and exchange difference. i just got my gear today, and the pants overall were worth the time and effort to purchase. (there were back-ordered items that had to be brought in from bauer to CTS b4 shipping) CTS, esp. justin, your customer service is greatly appreciated because here in ontario there is a lot of room for improvement with many of the retailers, to be polite. that being said, the next time you are in the market for hockey-related gear, give CTS a chance to earn your business. and if you don't see something on their website, inquire with CTS because they just might be able to get whatever it is for you.
