Wanted skates. Fit wide. Got the wide model bauer nexus - they have tons of other models. Then got them 'punched out' on the sides where they were tight, and had to return three times more, gradually expanding them, finally getting the bubble where my foot had a bulge. Fit perfect now. Plus I now lace them a bit loosely on that section; no problem tons of support; get wax laces for easy precise lacing. All the extra fitting was free of charge. All the techs were great. They also sell custom made, so you too can get on the ice.

Very knowledgeable staff, trained in all sports. Products are all mid to top-end.

This is my favourite place to get my skates done and buy my hockey equipment, because the staff are fabulous. I'm a beginner-level woman hockey player and I've never felt like the staff were condescending or talking down to me (I've certainly had that experience at other sports stores). They take the time to listen and then explain skate sharpening styles (and how they will affect my skating) so that I can get what works best for me. They're also great at helping me choose new equipment and adjusting my existing equipment so that it fits correctly. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.

Paid 100 before tax for a hockey stick. Because it was on "sale" I did not receive free roll of tape.

Great staff and selection. The only place to go for hockey gear. So far one of the best in town for skate sharpening too.
