Just went in about 45 minutes ago. I only went in to look at sneakers didn't buy anything. As i was leaving one employee said to another i love how people wonder in and not buy anything. Yet they are standing around not working

Super happy with my most recent experience at the Pitt Meadows Sport Chek. We bought my son a new pair of skates. He tried a new brand and wore them once. He could barely skate, as they were pinching his heels badly. Went back today to see what they could do, and they gave me a full refund and helped us find the right new pair. Great customer service!

Good spot so far for tech support and ski setup... Come to this one instead of Coquitlam branch, big difference.

Had to look for what we wanted on our own beause we were not offered help. We had to search out an employee for help. Wrong product in wrong box so wrongly priced when we got to the til. The price was not honored and the clerk argued the price was right become checking the sku on the box. Not pleased with the service so likely would not go back.

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received in a retail store. It seems that none of the staff care about their jobs at all. I was ignored by multiple staff who walked right past without looking at me, given attitude by the cashiers, and when my exchange was finally completed, I thanked the cashier and she ignored me. The workplace culture here is clearly negative and I'll never return - I'd rather drive out to Coquitlam Centre.
