I’ve been in the store twice and was wanting buy new runners. I had to hunt for sales people... nobody approached me for half an hour. No chance to talk and ask questions about products. Nobody cures. Felt rushed. I will not visit this store again.

Love the selection and it’s a great space but I spent 30 minutes in the store last week and wasn’t approached by anyone or even greeted at the door when I walked in and I passed right by the front “concierge desk” where 3 employees were discussing their weekend plans. I went to the shoe dept and no one was there to assist me and continued up all three floors with the same outcome. There was a plethora of staff seen in the store when I walked in and not one associate even said hi to me. I found that so odd as there were so many people working and they are usually the opposite. Needless to say I didn’t buy anything and on my way out I didn’t get an exit greeting which most people may not care about but it left a bad taste in my mouth.

Selection is good but the staff just ignores you. Service is terrible, you have to beg a staff member to try a pair of shoes and wait for half an hour. This happened to me during the weekend but also in a normal week day when there was NOBODY in the store. If this is the customer attention you have to expect, just go to Amazon or any other online store, there no reason for a physical store if you do not get any additional customer service

Good store. Incredible range of items. Didn't find what I was window shopping for, but expect I could have found it. Very pleased to find nice clean washrooms in store.

The service offered by this location’s service shop is awful. They are supper slow and customer satisfaction means no thing to them. If they tell you that the service that you asked for will be done next day, do not believe them. Because customer’s time means nothing to them.
