Helpful staff! The shoe department is the toughest department to work in. He was great! Limited stock...but found what needed !

I purchased snowboard boots and a board online. The boots were delivered in the wrong size. After forfeiting a ski holiday because I couldn't find boots my size when the ones I was sent were wrong, I called customer service, and they flatly told me I could exchange or refund. Great. I went to the Broadway store, explained my frustration. I didn't blame the person, as it clearly wasn't their fault. They didn't even acknowledge me. I told them that the snowboard I ordered was so scratched up. She didn't even respond. Literally she didn't look up at me through the whole interaction, and the only thing she said was "insert your card." I get it, SportChek is not giving you a living wage, but surely you can give some kind of reaction? The person on the phone and the person in the store... Not a single sorry... now even a "get over it, it's just a boot." Nothing. I won't be shopping at SportChek again. How poorly do they treat their employees if they don't behave like human beings. Also, don't bother responding with your copy and paste message about calling customer service. You are part of the problem in this company. What a joke.

Cane here looking for two items that the website said was in stock at this specific location. Neither were in stock. Came here for a 25% women's Nike clothing and shoe sale (sponsored ad for sportchek on FB) and the sales associate and manager looked at me like I was crazy. Went to the Metrotown location on the same day and indeed the sale was on there.

Just had the worst customer service. I came with my partner to buy 2sets of snowboard boots 500--700$ worth deal) the guy who helped us brought the first pair of shoes to try on and then left to help other people. When we asked for a Different size he said it might take time because he is helping another gentleman and they are short staff. Buying a snowboard shoe is not the same as buying snickers. It takes time to find the right fit which means customer service is crucially important. We waited 20 min, called the manager who didn't show up and overheard another employee making fun of our request to speak to a manager. I guess 600$ worth of sale is not a lot for sportcheck. Oh well... Hod Winter
