One star tonight. Don't go upstairs very often but whenever I have service is usually good. Tonight it was unbelievably bad. Sat there for over an hour. Had to go to the bar each time for 3 beer. Had a menu sitting in front of me. This server repeatedly walked by me and knew I was there (made I contact from a distance) but continued to serve about 6 other tables over and over and over again without speaking to me once. Maybe because I was by myself so I wasn't the big money maker. After an hour these 5 guys came in and sat at a table within 15 feet of me. She served them and provided them with drinks within 10 minutes. MAX. I was there (at that point) over an hour and not even been SPOKEN to by a server. So to the tiny blonde hair server with grey jeans - you are terrible at your job. I wouldn't tip you ever if you end up serving me again. But that won't likely happen unless I'm with a group I guess. HORRIBLE experience. Especially for someone who tries to get teammates to go for drinks regularly. Not so much anymore.

Just had some wings and nachos after our game, and our exceptionally rude server (the one with a spider web tattoo on her left elbow) told us that the caesar dressing on the wings looks like semen. We sort of got used to the rudeness, her lack of comprehension of the menu, and the way she constantly undermined our straight forward questions about said menu, but then the caesar dressing didnâ€™t even look like semen, and that was the last straw. Good place for hockey, terrible restaurant service experience.

Three hockey rinks and one indoor soccer pitch. The ice is usually in pretty decent shape, but the edge near the boards could be better. Sometimes an unexpected bump will cause the puck to hop over your stick. Some of the dressing room are peculiar shape, making them feel small. The rectangular ones are of an average size. Full length overhead bins above the benches. The service and quality of the food in the restaurant (The Thirsty Penguin) is inconsistent. Good view of all the playing surfaces from the large second floor windows, though.
