I have been living in Ontario for over 10 years and I travel to SJ a few times a year. Every time I am in the city, I stop into this store for their sales. All my sneakers come from here and I always get amazing service from the staff. Between sneakers, skates, hockey sticks and outdoor clothing, I always buy and support this store as much as possible. They always have the best sales in the city. My only issue is that they do not have a website where I can buy and ship direct online (which is ok because the staff is friendly).

I was very disappointed with my experience today. I went to the new store, picked out 4 different pairs of sneakers that I liked, and there was not a size 8 of any of them. Size 8 is a pretty popular size and I cannot imagine why, on the first day of a sale at a new location, there would not be a size 8 sneaker. In fact, 2 of the 4 pairs I picked out only had size 6.5. It was a wasted trip for me to come from out past the airport to find sneakers I like, yet none in stock of a pretty common size. Why would I want to go back??

I went to your store on Sat July 2 2016 , to buy a pr. of sneakers . I was told when I asked about the shoes to see the staff at the back of the store. I approached a young guy for help and I was pretty much brushed off and with no help at all ,then he went into the back room with his phone in his hand . I was left standing there . So I went to the front desk with three idle staff and asked for help , I was taken to a lady named Brenda who helped me to the end of the sale and I ended up with two prs. of shoes . she was extremely helpful ,and closed the sale I work in retail in a gov organizational and we practice Customer service everyday . this store really needs the course. A lot of staff , but not taking care of the people keeping the doors open , the customers there was only one other customer in the store and at least 6 clerks . This store really needs a shake up with customer service .
