The worst company I have ever dealt with. Absolutely no integrity at Bauer at all. We have been selling Bauer Products for about two years now and were approved through their distribution channels to sell up until two weeks ago when someone decided to call our suppliers to tell them not to sell us any Bauer products anymore. Why? Who knows. No call from Bauer, no warning, no explanation if we did something in error which we would surely work with Bauer to solve, absolutely nothing!! Since then we received one phone call from a sales manager named Benoit who was supposed to come and see us on Tuesday at our store. They decided not to show up because according to them their schedule did not allow it according to their last minute text message after waiting for them for about five hours. From then I was told I would receive a call back to discuss further. I have called their head office many times, emailed many times, tried to call and text the sales manager and still no response. Now we have very sad disappointed customers who are waiting for their ordered products from Bauer that we cannot get and our business is suffering from this as we put tons of our faith in this company. I am just surprised that a company of this size would at least show some integrity and communicate with their "valued" case which obviously is not the case and they have shown me they really don't care about us or their customers it's all about their bottom line who sells the most or who has the most money. It's not about passion anymore. Not for the game and not for the products themselves. A warning to any future vendors of Bauer products be very weary because at any point they will destroy your business if they so choose to do so. I would still like to receive a call and at least have some sort of communication from Bauer, but they seem to just screen my calls and place my livelihood along with my partners and employees on the back burner. Very Very unfair.

Bauer Vapur x800 Lite Shoulder Pads ... defective. We are a large family and have been loyal Bauer users. Unfortunately, this particular model is very poorly made. It was used by my oldest son, in Minor Novice (no body-checking), and detached at the shoulder seam after 4 months of use. I found out later from other parents that this is a common problem with this model. Even when asking at another retailer about defective shoulder pads, his first question was "Is it a Vapor?". The retailer's advice was to bring it up with Bauer and given the problem, it would "very likely be replaced by Bauer". Unfortunately, my experience with Bauer customer service was even worse than with the product. They simply said it was outside the 90 day warranty and I was just out of luck. I escalated it to a senior customer service rep who gave me the same response. I asked for their supervisor and my email was simply ignored. It's too bad because I was a very loyal Bauer customer up until now; and I was hopeful that this was just a defect with this particular product. Unfortunately, the whole experience has just turned me off Bauer.

Picked up a pair of Nexus N8000s about 8months ago. Long time hockey player just upgrading some gear. Love the skates, fit was great. Blocked a shot last week and the boot cracked. I couldn't believe it, first time I've ever seen this happen. I contacted Bauer via their website hoping to get the skate replaced and was told that any damage that occurred DURING play was not covered. I'm really not one to complain about things but a $700 pair of skates should stand up a bit better then this. Before contacting Bauer a few of my buddies had great customer service experiences with them(skates replaced because of busted eyelets, blade holders etc) so I was expecting something similar. Trust me if this was something I could over look and just keep playing with I would, but the structural rigidity of the skates has been compromised and I'm just not comfortable wearing them on the ice anymore. Bauer Hockey I've been wearing your gear since I was a little kid, please don't make a fool of me thinking you'd stand behind your product!!!!

I bought a helmet for my kid and it is already broken. A snap on the side is broken and they dont have spare parts to fix it. They ask me the receipt that I don't have anymore thinking that a helmet never breaks. They don't want to help me. I will never buy Bauer products again.

the skates never fit for some reason, always too tight or loose
