Typical Canlan, if you’ve been to one, you’ve been to them all. I will say the bathrooms were probably the cleanest I’ve seen at a Canlan facility. The viewing sucks, it really does, especially if you’re in the cold area, no where to sit and minimal places to stand. Lastly I know it’s an arena, we live in arenas 11 months of the year, but the Canlan arenas are FREEZING! Holy smokes they’re cold! Bundle up people!

Not the best facilities! It’s nearly December and several of the ice pads do not free up until nearly the end of the game and still show standing water. The ice stays spongy especially in the goal crease’s. Very low glass along the entire side boards leads to unnecessary stoppages of play as the puck frequently goes over. Not set up well for spectators whatsoever. Hope we never have to play here again!

We’ve had a wonderful experience with Canlan Sports. I enrolled my daughter in the beginner Learn to Skate program this fall, and her progress has been remarkable—even after just two classes. The instruction team, led by Chase, is fantastic. He’s patient, engaging, and truly connects with the kids, creating a positive and motivating learning environment. What sets Canlan apart is the excellent instructor-to-student ratio, ensuring each child receives individualized guidance based on their skill level. I also appreciate that they provide walkers for beginners while encouraging independence as the children gain confidence on the ice. The program is exceptionally well organized, fun, and supportive. We’re very impressed with the quality of coaching and look forward to enrolling our daughter in future sessions.

My daughter had a tournament here this weekend. Constantly nowhere to park. Rinks have no seats, only viewing is from the end boards at one end only. You can sit upstairs in the wing restaurant, line up early to get a spot at the glass! Don’t order the wings though, they are terrible. Hoping to never have to come here again.

Had an extreme awful experience, unclear communication, you drove mills and you return with nothing. We did the registration we get approved for the given date and time to be over there and they says ohhh sorry, we meant to say you are in the waiting list. Will cancel all the registration and enrolment.
