Definitely recommend this store if you are buying a bike. Found the bike I wanted online and this was the only location that had it in stock(last year model bike). Called to confirm they had it and spoke to Derek. Derek was very friendly and professional. I wanted a kickstand and water bottle holder and let him know. He let me know of a pack of items they had for $25, and had the items put on by the time I got there. Derek helped me when I got there and he was very friendly and knoweldgable. I have never bought a "good" bike before and was nervous spending that amount of money. The experience alone made it worth it (not to mention I got an awesome bike for the price). I drove from Madison Heights to this location and would do it again 100 times for the great service.

Northville and Plymouth salespeople attitudes somewhat dismissive to average customer. Tried to steer me to a particular "style" and did not clearly answer questions or provide thorough information regarding bike frame size. Northville in particular . Bought elsewhere.

The service at D & D in Berkley is much more than we could have hoped. The knowledge and expertise in setting us up with bikes and equipment for the 2 of us who have not ridden bikes in 20 years was stellar!

I purchased a Electra Liv 7 at the Waterford store. The gentleman that helped me was so relaxed and easy going, he answered all my questions about the bike, service and accessories in great detail. I rode 4 different bikes, I was able to take my time riding each one, I was not rushed at all. I was confident in purchasing my bike, I had all the info I needed to make me feel comfortable. I will be going to D&D for future bike purchases and accessories.
