Got everything we wanted with no effort

Visited today, New Years Eve. Busy, but not crazy. My daughter and I were coming in to drop off a pair of ski boots and skis and get some new ones for the season. Dalton was our Play It Again Rep. and I can't say enough nice things about how helpful he was. Kind, calm, knowledgeable, nothing was too much trouble. Ended up getting some cross-country skis too, the whole experience was brilliant. You can tell that the team are sporty themselves. I even got some advice on some of the ski hills and what they offer from one of the other team members. Just a very nice experience and I wholeheartedly recommend the store. We are in Uxbridge so we could have chosen Aurora instead, but visiting the Whitby location is a no brainer for us in the future. Happy New Year to all and may the business continue to thrive. I love the Play It Again business idea, but the idea is worthless without great people. It is the people and the attitude that make or break a business. For me this location had it all. Thank you from a very happy customer.

Prices are hit and miss for some items but overall you can get a deal if you are not too picked. There buy back rates are pretty low compared to their sale prices but that is to be expected with any buy and sell franchise. If you have kids and need equipment regularly and you have the time and patience to search the store you can get what you need at a fair price.
