So picture this... after a long, cold winter, you've finally been treated to a beautiful Spring day. The one where it feels like Summer. 25+ degrees, no humidity and barely a breeze in the air. Perfect for a bike ride. This was what yesterday was. I got home from work, put out my riding gear and pulled my bike out... only to discovered it had a flat on the rear tire. I had been on it just 2 days ago with no issue. Heartbroken. I had a few choices now. I could just put the bike away and order a tube online for relatively cheap, waited for it to ship and then got covered in grease trying to replace it myself, days later - probably during a rainstorm. Or I could have popped in to SportChek and taken it to the bike shop and have their Service crew look after it. I elected to go this route. I was greeted immediately by the tech crew member there (I believe his name was Mike) and within 10-15 minutes my bike tube was replaced, air refilled and I was ready to go. Top notch service, speedy, and all done for next to nothing. Couldn't be happier. Considering I purchased my bike at a specialty shop, I was hesitant to take it to SportChek. Figured it'd be some young, inexperienced kid back there who didn't have the part and couldn't make it happen. I was wrong. Their staff is well trained, and great at what they do. Even though it wasn't a busy evening, I was out the door in no more than 15 minutes total and back on the road to catch an hour's worth of sunlight. Sufficed to say, I was very happy. I'll definitely be going back for a full bike service in the near future. Kudos SportChek Conestoga and staff. The new facility is great and your service shop was fantastic. Cheers to you.

Have called a couple times and never answer the phones. When I have went into the store, the customer service is awful and they have not even apologized for not helping me out on the phone and putting me on hold for half an hour. Definitely would not recommend going to this location. I went to Stone Road malls Sportchek and they were a lot more helpful.

Highly unlikely that I will be returning here. Got an interview for the footwear department which I was excited for up until the day of the actual interview. I show up 10 minutes early as I was directed to and told the cashier I had an interview in 10 minutes and asked for a manager. Apparently the manager wasn't "ready" yet so she told me to wait at the back. After waiting for a HALF HOUR a manager finally approaches me for the interview. The manager that took me for the interview was someone that I could see talking to an employee for the entire half hour that I was waiting. Blank expression on her face and a bitchy attitude. Seriously, if they are so desperate on indeed for people to work there you'd think they'd be excited for someone to have an interest in working there. Overall -5/10 experience but I have to put one star at the least to show my pity.

Hit and miss for sale selection. Shoes sales and selection are good. It's great to get scene points here. The store overall has a lot of clothing but super expensive, so most of the time I look for the sale items. Hoodies shouldn't be $90+. That's an outrage. I can handle $40-50.
