I'm not impressed with my experience. I was in the store for 20 minutes and didn't even get a smile or a head nod from any of the three employees I saw. Each of them walked right past me. Not one of them said "I'm with someone else but I'll help you out in a moment" so I don't know what they were doing. I went on with my shopping, found about 10 items I liked, and I waited for a while in the changing area before leaving my items and walking out. I will not be back to this location. This was my fourth time in the store and I have never had an employee acknowledge me when I've been in. How can you rate customer service when there is none?

Amazing customer Servive, I was looking for a product that wasn't easy to locate, almost everyone in the store tried to find the product for me and as a Team work they were able to locate, Great customer service and Congratulations Sportscheck team for providing such an amazing customer service

I've been in the store a few times and have no complaints about the staff nor the facility. It's a big box store and you know what you're getting before you arrive. If I don't have time to drive to Bayfield Street, I'll stop here and I know I'll find something. The SportChek in the Georgain Mall has a much better selection and often has a huge clearance area if you are looking to save a few bucks.
