I play hockey here. Great organization, and a very clean facility. Rinks are nice and dressing rooms are spacious. The Thirsty Penguin (restaurant) has excellent food, though a bit overpriced. Nice staff, and the Pizza place downstairs is always fresh and delicious! Definitely one of the nicest and cleanest rinks around.

Shown up for a public stick/puck or free skate and been refused multiple times for no good reason. Constantly cancelling public programming last minute without notice until we show up. Surfaces are unused for the hour, but instead of taking my money for the stick/puck price and resolving the issue they only accept renting the ice for the unused hour for over $100. Worst management and customer service out of any rink I've used.

This location cancels public stick and puck with several rinks still open and nothing booked for those rinks in that time slot. Then tell you that you can't use the open ice without paying $108 to rent the ice for an hour instead of charging the public program rate. This happens all too often at this rink.

I am frequently at this place to watch kids hockey games. The restaurant area is a pig sty. No one ever cleans it, picks up uneaten food, buses plates or picks up glasses left half full of beer. Especially in the areas by the bathrooms that are a little distant from the bar where you sit to view games . Hours pass and no server or bus person visits the area. There is always garbage all over the floor. Hard to imagine that the kitchen meets any even modest standard of cleanliness. Would never eat here. Its incomprehensible why they wouldn't hire some minimum wage person to clean up. Astonishingly filthy place.

My work used their boardroom for a 9-4 meeting. there were no plugs and no wifi available. Also they would not provide a password to use the secured networks. We 're a sports org. So didnt mind the noise.
