I was looking for a specific jacket for my son in January. I went to your store and there wasn't available. The girl at the register was very kind to check if it was available in other location and found one in a store located 2 hrs from Oshawa. I ask if they could ship it to me but the service wasn't available. When I asked to talk to the store manager, he wasn't working that evening but he called me next day to offer his help. I was very impressed and very satisfied the way it was handle from the beginning. The manager Steve, went over and beyond his service and I received the jacket in the mail in 7 days. My son was very happy with his new jacket and I was very pleased too! Excellent customer service Steve!!! Thank you very much ! Olga K

Had a nice staff member named "Sunny" help me find the right items I needed. He knew what he was talking about and even referred me to some great products that I will likely be using from now on! Great service, and definitely great training on his part. Would shop here again!

Ordered a bicycle online. It came in a box mostly pre-assembled. I assembled the rest then when going over the bike realized this had been done to the brake adjuster during pre-assembly. I took pictures, and brought the bike to the store. They told me that I might have to pay to fix it (warranty voided apparently), because it was suppose to be brought to them to finish the assembly, even though I was not told that, or was it written anywhere on the box I received. They have had the bike for close to a week, no response. Now I try calling them, and I got put on hold for 10 minutes, then someone comes and hangs up on me. I live far enough away that I can't justify driving there repeatedly to resolve this.

I ordered a pair of swimming trunks online that were on clearance for pickup to this store. That order was cancelled the following day. I went down to the store to see if they had any in stock, and the manager, Eric, asked if I needed anything instantly. I told him I was looking for those clearance trunks in medium and he helped me search 10 minutes in the store. We couldn't find anything, so I tried the small size and the large, which unfortunately didn't fit. Eric got me different shorts in medium from the same company that weren't on clearance and gave me the clearance price. He was kind and helpful throughout the entire process. This is the best service I've ever experience from a manager. I also have to mention another cool thing that I've never seen anyone do before. I used a gift card for the trunks and the cashier, Jayden, wrote the remaining balance on the gift card. That was super smart and efficient. Eric and Jayden brightened my day. 5 stars.
