The best staff! Super helpful with outfitting my son for both hockey and soccer. I had no idea what I needed for hockey and a staff member spent a good hour with me going over options and sizing, explaining the difference between different styles of things. Could not have asked for a better experience. With soccer, just as helpful, much shorter visit, but just and friendly and informative. Just much less equipment to figure out.

Slow service. Apathetic customer service on more than one occasion. Product knowledge was missing as well as one csr provided me with incorrect info. Another CSR in another dept found another product I was looking for but with an alt. style. That person did not notice the actual product I was looking for right behind the one she showed me. Oops. I will head to White Oaks location next time.
