Great complex. The staff is helpful and friendly. The ice is always in great condition. If your looking to get your skates sharpened there is a pro-shop inside. However a lot of my teammates have gotten they're skates sharpened there and they said it was not very good. It may have improved recently. Not sure... Overall it is a great place to play a little stick and puck

First time visit: large parking lot, easy access, 4(?) ice sheets (maybe 6, sorry am not certain), indoor soccer pitch. A very busy place on a Saturday. Clean, modern, and appeared to be well maintained.

Poor service. 2 servers on and they spent the most of the time behind the not so busy bar. It took 20 mins for my first beer and 20 for my second. I was there for an hour and a half. They were eating before they got off work and I had to ask for my check. They seemed put out to have to serve us. Won't be back.

The ice surface is ok... not great, more than half the lights are out on each ice pad. Dressing rooms are decent and showers have hot water. The rink staff are good, Stanley's bar upstairs is good. The pro shop is hit and miss, it's a gamble getting your skates sharpened there, they might do a good job or butcher your blades. The facility needs better care and maintenance. Especially when it comes to lighting, if this is where the sens practice..... explains why they bombed the season!!! The richcraft sensplex is a hundred times better

Top notch facility, ice is always good and staff is friendly. Is usually crowded due to tournaments etc. But it's nice to play on some big ice once in awhile as well.
