Such a shame I used to love shopping here as a kid always loved the store but once I grew up I shopped locally cause it's a far drive .So thought I'd buy from a family owned store again and saw a pair of Mantha pro returns they had on Kijiji for 450 obo so I offerd 400 (two days ago) and got nothing so I thought fair enough I'll pay the 450 if there still available so I go to check and they raised the price to 700... Like I said before it is a shame they are trying to sell pads for more then there worth as mentioned in a previous review. To the owner of this business please for the love of God if your gonna do that at least fix your Kijiji ad that says 450 obo. Would of loved shopping with you guys again and I have emails and screenshots of this if you plan on saying this never happened.

Love this place; the ONLY place I sharpen my skates and get quality repairs or mods done. The staff know what they're doing and will make sure you're outfitted properly. A Toronto hockey institution.

Some of their staff is borderline useless but if you're looking for something specific and know what you need. No better place to hit up

BUYER BEWARE. What a COMPLETE RIP OFF these guys are. I went in to Goalie Heaven to get my son custom fitted for new leg pads. He tried on a few and then we selected a pair of Reebok XLT24. There was no price tag and so I asked. The main guy and a sidekick went over to the computer, whispered some things, came back and said, "they are normally $499, but you can have them for $399. I asked about the knee pads that are suppose to come with them. They guy said "we gave those to someone else". For a $100 price break, i thought my son could use his current pair. Get home and search the internet and these leg pads are selling for $199. I don't expect the internet price, but to charge over retail is a crime. You think you go in to a small shop to be treated right, but these guys will RIP YOU OFF any chance they can get.
