People are nice but never enough cashiers and extremely slow to check out. Typically choose alternative stores that are better managed where I can avoid this. Might want to consider new managers that take the time to assess customer experiences at all parts of store

Everything went good except the odd attitude at the checkout, where I felt that person didn't like to serve me in the cash register when her colleague asked him to do; even when I was shopping he passed me several times without to offers any help!!! I am not confident I will visit that branch anymore if the staff acting in such a way

This store actually deserves the 5-star rating. The store itself is a bit of a dungeon because of its location but the staff are super helpful. I went in to buy swimming googles but could not locate them on the wall. The staff did not give up and actually looked physically through inventory to find them. They actually unpacked to let me try them and packed them again foe purchase. This type of customer service is phenomenol and rare these days. Definitely worth going to the store.
