Had a Christmas work do here.

I joined WH&E 4 seasons ago after getting back from travelling and looking for something active to do. I have to admit I wasn't a bit worried because I was not the fittest person, nor the most coordinated but I stayed because the members are so welcoming and friendly. The ladies a such a lovely bunch to play with and to hang out with. There is a place for all abilities and with a new coach joining last season, the training has been challenging and fun and has really helped me improve my hockey. I'd thoroughly recommend Winchmore Hill and Enfield if you're looking for a new club to join or a new sport to try.

The junior section of this club is fun and friendly and is run by a great bunch of hockey players.

Very friendly hockey club based in North London running mens, ladies, mixed and junior teams. The club is a refreshing alternative to the big London hockey clubs, catering to all age groups and abilities, with a great social calendar to complement the hockey itself. I moved to London after university and after looking around for a while for a hockey team, found the club and was immediately made very welcome. 17 years on and I'm still playing and my son now plays here too! The club benefits from all the facilities at Winchmore Hill Sports Club, and uses the Astroturf pitches at nearby Aylward School and Southbury Leisure Centre for training and matches. If you’re looking for a hockey club in the North London area, then I highly recommend checking it out!
