Horrible customer service when they mess up and have no value for their customers or their time. Bought a pair of soccer socks and after driving home and opening them up there is a security tag screwed through the sock, making it unusable. I called into Customer Service and all they can offer me in compensation is 10% off the item... so $1.70. I was offended by the lack of consideration for my time, my vehicle, and my fuel costs to have to return there and then drive home again, not to mention it interrupts my whole day. When requesting to have this escalated to a manager or supervisor on duty I was told that they ALL left for the day...so not 1 single person to escalate problematic situations to? I was told they could transfer me to the store manager where I bought the socks and he (Tim) said the best they could do for me was 25% off, so now this issue is only worth $4. They would barely be willing to cover my fuel costs to drive there (not even back home again). They offer better sales than this, so still definitely not worth it. Now, you may be wondering why didn't I know that the security tag was there when I walk out of the store? Well, it was folded into the socks and hidden so it can't ruin the look on display. But more importantly, it didn't set off the alarm at all. I just walked out after paying at the register. Needless to say, I'm frustrated and offended at the lack of consideration that they have shown in regards to making right a problem that they are causing a paying customer. I can see how 10 to 25% off a pair of $200 shoes would be nice, or an expensive article of sporting equipment, but $4 compensation for an error they caused that is going to cost me far more in fuel alone is insulting.

Sara in the shoe department was so helpful today. She spent a lot of her time helping me pick the right shoe according to what I do at the gym. She gave me advice and pros and cons to each brand. She was super patient with trying on sizes and so helpful. Thanks Sara!

Lots to choose from and helpful customer service associates. I wish they'd bring back the SCENE points promotion and have more selection for bicycles/biking accessories. Otherwise, nice location.

Best sport check for the great selection! But staff barely even make eye contact with you, would be nice if the could at least smile or say hello.
