Came looking for shoes . Waited 5 mins before asking for help . No one came- group of people also waiting asking for help . 1 worker finally shows up to help a lady that just walked in after others including my self have been waiting for 20+ minutes now.. never coming to this location again Horrible customer service.

Worst store. I bought slip ons today. There was nobody to help me. Staff was rude and simply refused to help me find the size. Worst. Never visit again. PATHETIC STAFF. DESERVES NO STAR.

Staff was very rude. I asked for my size and the lady said she’ll ask someone to help us. We waited for 10min and no one came so we asked again. She said she already paged someone. I told her we were waiting for 10min, she didnt let me finish and just walked away. Worst store i’ve ever been.

The staff were very helpful at the bike shop and provided me with fast and efficient service. I was satisfied with my purchase and my experience as I was able to make an informed decision after going to various stores to find the perfect gift for a family member.
