Jeff Potter and his staff are great! Knows EXACTLY what a skater needs for maximum performance from skates and blades. My oldest son first working with Jeff in 2015 to customize his blade profile and loved the results. When it came time for new skates, of course we went to Jeff for VH’s and my son couldn’t be happier with the result. Jeff has since taken great care of half or more of my sons teammates with blades and profiling and quite a few with custom VH’s. My younger son just got fitted for VH’s and saw they arrive on Monday — he’s very excited (for good reason - Jeff Potter knows his stuff!!!)

Jeff and The Skating Lab team, Just thought I would send you a note to thank you for working with my son Alexandr last season. I am pleased with the results in that I feel my son has greatly improved. He became faster, stronger, balanced perfectly and much harder to knock down. He improved stride length, recovery, knee bend, Inside/outside edge work, quick starts and his endurance. Surely, working on the skating treadmill is not the same as working on the ice, but it is definitely a tremendous tool for power skating development. Nowhere else can players receive instant and continuous verbal, visual and kinesthetic feedback. Also, higher repetition on skating treadmill creates faster gains and better muscle memory and retention than on ice. He felt a big difference when he was on the ice to skate. As a result, he plays with AA team this season. Thank you again for all your help.

My son plays AAA and the treadmill combined with Niki’s coaching has made a big difference in his skating in a very short time. Its hard work but very worth while. Great facility, great staff.

Took my 8 year old grandson, a first year player, to improve his skating and stride. The progress that he has made with Jake is phenomenal. His stride and skating have improved beyond my expectations. Jake is knowledgeable and encouraging. Can't say enough.

Jeff is really helpful and very upfront with the details when I was placing an order for VH skates. Highly recommend coming here if you are looking to get custom VH skates. Jeff is probably the most experienced person in town when it comes to taking your feet measurements.
