I came in here with my girlfriend looking for our first pair of ice skates and I couldn’t have been happier to choose Buckner’s. Despite them being in the middle of the moving stores, the staff took plenty of time to help two clueless New Yorkers get in a pair of skates that fit and felt perfect for us. They even baked the skates and sharpened the blades for no extra charge to ensure that we were ready for the ice. Thanks again for the awesome service. Next time I need skates I might just have to make the 8.5 hour drive up from Long Island just to have such a great experience. Thanks again!

I re-visited today to get a simple skate sharpening after a number of years of avoiding from previous poor experiences. The smart ass salesman lost the skate sharpening and possibly a goalie bag sale by refusing to give me a straight answer if the bags were on sale or not. I will go back to Front Row Sports thank you very much. More/better products, better service and absolutely more helpful sales staff (you couldn't get much worse)

I am recommending this store to anyone. As someone who never played sports, I trust Ryan and all his staff to fit my child with the best equipment for his needs. They take the time with my son and ensure that he has what he needs to be safe and have fun in all his sports.

I remember standing there ( Niagara Falls Store) with my 8year old Son and he needed a quote for equipment through a grant he was getting and the owners response was I cant be bothered to do that , I havent done anymore business there Since because of that attitude and rude which equals poor customer service , My son was excited he was getting the grant and Owner shot him down .... Imagine how my little guy felt 🙁... I know others that wont do business there for the very same reason. We went to another store and they were more than happy to help us and have got our business since... If I could put negative stars I would have ....
