The staff isn't always friendly here. A little hit-and-miss. That's why they didn't get a perfect score. Also, generally speaking, it's a very clean recreation center compared to some of the others I have been to. The only reason why this location does not get 5 stars is because of the change rooms. They are not very accommodating for winter months with children. Spacing could be larger in the change rooms. Aside from that, it is still a recreation center I would recommend. A little nitpicky thing here. I took my almost three year old son swimming, on Sunday, as we almost always do. A young woman charged me more than I usually pay. I asked her why and reminded her that my son is less than three years old. I asked her if the family rate how to increase. She then responded that I wasn't charged the family rate because I'm not a family. That there needed to be a third person to get the rate. I was a little bit surprised and perhaps a little bit annoyed as well. I looked at her and said that my son and I were a family and that I should be paying a family rate as I have always done. She spent another minute trying to educate me on what a family was. I abruptly interrupted her and asked her to get a manager. When a woman in her late 20s early 30s came out she apologized immediately and told her young staff member to charge me the family rate. I'm sure it was a one-off event and that the young staff member was properly educated following it. Or, that she will simply remember that the next time a single dad or a single mom walks up with their young child that they are indeed a family. No questions asked.

I went to their camps 7-8 years ago and my experience there was horrible. I was neglected by the staff and the people in my group would bully me. I think that the staff should do a better job in making sure everyone is having a good time.

Love the pool and the lifeguard staff. The rinks are amazing and the library and other services are all amazing! Highly recommended!

Reasonable prices for the gym, no judgement environment, staff always friendly and helpful. But most people dont wipe their cardio or weight machines after using. Doing a workout over there is like being in a sauna, very humid and hot.. not well ventilated. Some of the old people that have their routine at the gym are rude and miserable and dont like when new people come in using the gym equipment.. its like they own the place and youâ€™re in their way.. its a public place.. its not your gym .. We all pay to go.

For swimming it's nice. Family locker rooms lack dry seating to change your clothes, and are rather limited on lockers. I can't speak of the rest of the facility, but there was lots of parking area.
