Called to get information, the first staff put me on hold and never came back. Got answered by three other staff members on the same call and never received the answer I was looking for until the last person. Presented myself in store to get my service that the person on the phone had told me was 20$. The staff tells me to wait at the seats and never came back. Looked around and I could only see staff members talking to one another. Another staff members finally gives me the service I needed and afterwards tells me that I was given the wrong price and that the price went up to 29$. It honestly looks like it's a commission store, that no one will actually give you any service what so ever, unless you're coughing up a couple of grands.... I will never set foot in that store ever again.. Nor will I ever recommend this place to any friends or family.

Department store quality sales reps. You need help, they hide from you. If there's a contest for which rep sells the most of X brand, they don't even listen to what you need, you're being fed spiel after spiel why you need X brand running shoes despite the fact you're there to buy a hockey puck. I'm still giving it a 3 because it's a clean store. You can almost always find what you need. They are a FULL store... hockey department, camping/outdoors department, sporting goods, clothing etc... NO need to go elsewhere. I like a one stop shop.

The worst assistant manager I ever encounter. Roxanne, rude is the only word that I can think of. For a assistant cashier manager she was absolutely zero at customer service. Fortunately I was well served by the clerk in the shoes dept. and the cashier who could not stop apologizing for the way I was treated especially after spending over 550$+.

I am very annoyed, I love the stuff in the store and I want to keep buying there but some employees are very annoying whenever I go there and shop. I love to enjoy looking around to see if ever there's something that I may like and buy. But there is this one employee that keeps staying on my side watching me, and it doesn't make me feel good. she keeps asking me questions whenever I grab something such as "Do u want me to bring it to the cash? Is there anything u want? " and I keep telling her so many times that "I'm just looking around and see if I like something". She would not leave me alone. But when I ask a question, that she can't even give me the right answers ... she gives me a bad look while I'm speaking. It's really annoying... every minute she comes and ask me questions ... It's not like I'm going to steal or anything. I got lot of money. Employees need to know this .

Great selection of hockey equipment with excellent higher end protective and sticks. Found the staff very friendly and did not pressure me into any sales, but not as knowledgeable as I am accustomed to. Visiting from Toronto and enjoyed experience and purchased a great pair of gloves. Found prices slightly higher here but that is something store cannot do anything about due to provincial taxing. Would shop here again and highly recommend them.
