Great facilities, from location to rinks to parking - but my daughter's figure skating experience has been very disappointing. 25 weeks very casually became 19, then came the extra money not mentioned upfront (or sell chocolate door-to-door, if you prefer!), defensiveness when you ask why you got shortchanged... I'm not impressed with all the sneaky extra charges and forgetting to advise us about the start of the new session, which was paid for months ago. When you ask for a straight answer, you get "I'm a volunteer, what do you want?" Not cool and definitely not professional. I wish there were more options to choose from in the area.
