Never before have I seen concession stands managed this badly. Items on the menus were mostly sold out, staff was overwhelmed and clueless as to the struggles of waiting in line with no hint as to what they'll find at the checkout, and the food selection was greasy carnival fare. Prices were inflated. Washrooms muggy and busy with no paper towels, when not our of order. That's when they aren't sending you outside to the nearest other washroom. Oh, and they force you to select a tip option when paying with card; no optout. The seats were fine and so was the field, but getting there was not a pleasant experience. With an interior upgrade and better staff to minimize lineups, this could be a great evening out.

Here for the Rheanna Bowl, a fantastic obstacle race supporting a great cause. The baseball field is a perfect location. Love this facility in the heart of Edmonton's river valley.

Both my daughter and I were VERY DISAPPOINTED that since last season done things had changed; 1) the thirsty Thursdays theme for Thursday games no longer existed, 2) that the parking across the street jumped from $5.00 to $10.00, and 3) that the price of a baseball hat had jumped from $25.00 to $45.00. ALSO... it's nice that the food offerings menu has been enhanced BUT the food STILL takes far too long to get to you and it's cool to Luke warm at best. You can't get them to hear it up as they don't have a microwave and there seems to be ABSOLUTELY NO LEADERSHIP amongst the kids (yes, I said kids) working the concession stand. My daughter and I waited over 15-mins for poutine and a hot dog, and like I said, they were cold.

Seats and field are fantastic, but the PA system is very hard to understand/hear. Lines for food or drinks are ALWAYS at least a few innings worth of waiting, and the service and quality is not that great. The conditions are always disgusting behind the counters. Bathrooms are dark and not usually clean. Getting in to the stadium takes forever as they only have the frontmost two doors open with security checks. The line was still all the way to the Rossdale powerplant 45 minutes after the game started. This is the third year we have done Canada Day at the ball park, and it was actually worse this year than others despite the concessions supposedly being "upgraded". The one positive change was that they now take debit/credit. The washrooms were all out of order and there were 6 or 7 porta-potties for the whole crowd, which were difficult to find in the back alley behind the stadium. My kids were a bit afraid as it was dark and lots of people were loitering while smoking nearby. It's always a treat to stay after, listen to a live band, and let the kids out on the field. Unfortunately, they had the same band as last year, and they played the same set of songs.

Nice facility, food and prices ok. On busy days plumbing fails (yuck) so only porta potties. Long food lines on busy days. Only beer service in stands, no food. Still better service/food than esks at Commonweath stadium.
