Never thought I would even care to leave a review about a hat experience but I stopped in on Saturday and the gentlemen there was awesome. He helped me find exactly what I was looking for and provided a ton of advice I had no idea was even important when choosing hats etc. Thanks again!

Last Friday 2016.08.27 we visited the Lids Booth to get a hat for my son for the new school year. My son likes flat top hats and he picked one out. The sales man, a goofy looking, blond haired, middle aged man, obviously incompetent to find work anywhere else, grabbed the hat off his head and curved the bill. What the heck? When we said we wanted it to be flat he said that was the only one but he could straighten it. Of course he was not able to straighten it to its original state. So we asked for a new one but the dim wit wanted an additional $10 to make a new one. It was his mistake to begin with and we have the privilege of paying for his incompetence? No thank you we left. Save yourself the headache shop elsewhere.
