Great place to go for a walk along the river or swing the bat at the baseball cages. There often organized sports taking up most of the facilities but a lot of open fields to use for sports games and trails for walking and biking. In the summer you can rent kayaks and rafts etc(at the far end when you drive in) to float down the river to downtown and there is a shuttle provided to get you back. Also a good off leash area to walk the dogs and take them for a swim, I believe will be rezoned by the city soon so may not stay that way.

The diamonds in the quad are top notch after the renovations. The only need there is, is to replace the bleachers, as they take up too much room and it can be hard to get through to the dug outs.

Plenty of parking and the fields are kept clean and they look professional. Lots of seating although the seats aren't comfortable and are not covered. There are washrooms near each field and they are convenient to get to and kept clean.

A beautiful place for local and regional sports competition events. Known well for it's annual dog rearing festival and competition.

Newly developed Little League baseball diamonds. Foot diamonds positioned around a centralized sound system. Score clocks which is not standard very for Little League. No grass infield though, and removable pitchers mounds, which detract significantly.
