Many great memories down here throughout my lifetime. The renovations look very modern and necessary.

Excellent recreation area. Ball diamonds and pathways. Easy to access and usually good parking. Facilities are in great shape with new building taken place in 2017. There are facilities such as bathrooms and lil snack shop (seasonal) Some public transport nearby. Boat launch and bike path access as well. Private golf course across from park. Bower ponds is also adjacent to the park.

I always just called this bower ponds but I guess there is lots more to the park as well. Nice clean place to walk or bike with the family, restaurant to grab a quick bite to eat and lots of places to sit down for a picnic.

Lovely trail around the ponds. Nice and quiet before 8 am.
