Unfortunately I didn't have a good experience with Big Kahuna out of Calgary. After placing my order a little over a month ago I received my order with 2 different logos on the apparel . Still can't comprehend how or why this happened. Half of my order had the proper logo on it, while the other half had a logo that an employee clearly altered and tried to remake themselves. This is extremely frustrating If you are looking to use this company to print any apparell. Dont. Their initial response was to refund the printing costs only, this doesn't change the fact I have clothing with a company logo on it that isn't mine. They then offered to re do the order for the same price. I no longer trust this company, I'm pretty sure the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result. Not sure why I would order from them again when they decided they wanted to put their own version of my logo on the apparel. Very frustrating, especially when the products they are supplying are actually quite nice.
