The girl Rebecca is super nice. By far my favourite location. You will always leave this store in a good mood.

Despite being in a dead mall, Lids in Marlborough is a pretty big store itself. Tons and tons of selection, and after months of looking for a certain hat, I FINALLY found the No Bad Ideas hat and proper size that I was looking for here, out of all locations, so I was pretty happy about that.

The manager Kelsey is very rude and was on her phone the whole time I had also seen her close the store to go talk to her friends. I only shop at the Chinook location now .

Always some type of BOGO deal happening here. They can be short staffed, I have come here on the middle of the day to shop to see a hand made 'Back in 15 minutes' sign or no sign at all and the gate pulled down.
