My 10 year old son went in to spend some Christmas money and the staff was very kind to him. Encouraging him on his love of card collecting and even giving him and his brother a shoe box of random cards to share, and emphasizing the sharing with the two of them. Thank you for a great experience.

Took my son here for his 9th birthday to pick out some items. Immediately when we walked in I felt the history in the pieces all around me. So many cool and unique items. The gentlemen working there was so great with my son answering his questions and showing him other items he may be interested in. He also backed me up when I told my son we could come back for more saying "there's always another day". Can't wait to take my husband he is going to LOVE IT there. Customer for life!

Was not impressed by the lack of customer service, I appreciate that you have been in the industry for as for long as you have. But the industry has grown leaps and bounds the past decade and this place does not keep up. If you are looking for nestalgia and vintage cards this place is for you. But for serious collectors of the new age cards this place is way behind the times.

Bad customer service overall. The owner was rude and short with his answers. Didn't seem like he liked my friend and I the moment we came in, and we're very nice and friendly people I feel I should mention. If you're planning on going here to sell cards, I would recommend not going. He didn't take anything we brought, basically laughed at them, even though they were nice and in good condition, and he wouldn't offer a fair amount to buy any at. And if you're looking to buy sports cards, maybe just skip the visit to the shop and use eBay, it'd probably be cheaper anyways.

This store is misleading. It stakes sports but really only focuses on Baseball and Football. There are more professional sports that you can collect. Besides that the owners were pleasant to talk to and deal with.
