Located on Nelson Avenue, between Marine Way and Marine Drive in Burnaby. Large venue with several full size grass soccer fields & baseball/softball diamonds (fenced, covered dugouts). Can be busy when local baseball, softball, soccer league games or tournaments are going on. Jack Crosby Memorial (outdoor) lacrosse box located close to parking lot (used for Burnaby Minor Lacrosse Club, ball hockey enthusiasts, etc) a small playground for kids, a field house for club equipment storage, concession (for special events), bathroom facilities. 2 good size parking lots, one paved, one gravel. Light industrial/commercial area opened just west of Riverway now offers a place to find some refreshments/snacks but you may have to drive to it. A bit farther drive just east near Byrne Road, you'll find more commercial & food locations at Market Crossing & Big Bend shopping "malls". Or - drive up Nelson Avenue to Kingsway for Metrotown & other fast food/shopping.
