We were passing through Castlegar on a road trip through BC. We stopped at the information centre in town and a very helpful associate recommended this campground for our overnight stay. We are so happy she did. Not only was the owner Deb helpful and personable, the site she recommended for a tent was perfect. Secluded and peaceful and exactly what we needed. The grounds were immaculate and the showers were better than a hotel we stayed in the night before. I would highly recommend this campground.... for families, people traveling alone or couples in tents or rv’s. We will definitely return.

Debbie makes it what it is. The thought and care she puts in to her job shows. The courtesy and respect she has shown has helped me heal. Pat and Deb keep the grounds spotlessly. There love and hard work make it welcoming to all with respect for the place.thanks.

Lady who runs and supervises the campground is very polite and accommodating. Great atmosphere, not far from a convenience store, and nearby swimming. Dog-friendly as long as they're on leash!

Staff are amazing, and the grounds are clean and beautiful. 4 stars because the sites are very open, I prefer a little more privacy with tree cover or more space out sites.

Very friendly and helpful manager. Lots of parking. Showers and man made swim area.
