This is an easy and affordable activity for all ages. This facility features one smaller pool for children, one larger pool, a diving area, a rope swing, a hot tub, a steam room, and a dry sauna. Well worth the drop in fee.

I go there for my physiotherapy, after my stroke am still really weak, the staff are very helpful and always friendly, there's water wheelchairs and very acomadating. I cant wait to try their aquafit program. A big thank you !

Swimming pool, hot tub, steam room, sauna and gym all together. Well maintained and welcoming.

Beautiful and surprisingly large pool in complex in Prince Rupert. The building and interior was very nice.
