My son forgot a piece of his survival kit at home this morning and we stopped into the store to grab a new one. The door was locked but the Manager was inside opening up the store. He (Josh) cracked the door open and sadly told us that they didn't open for another 30 minutes. Upon seeing my sons face change from a smile to a frown, he happily offered us what we needed with the promise of us to return later to pay. Thank you very much Josh, from both of us!

Very poor business. Would not allow an exchange when it was not a final sale product. This gives good reason to shop where the competition keeps stores honest....so back to the city I go! I have three young children who will need shoes for years to come...I will NOT buy here again!
