Walked to the till to pay for my purchases. Three staff at the till and not one of them said hi, or just a minute we'll be right with you, nothing. I walked out, never to go to a lidz again. Joke. ROBSON store 5:10pm on Sunday Oct 1st.

Not a very big selection compared to the other lid stores.

Fairly laid back staff, good selection of hats, very informative about the custom hat process

customized my own hat, staff were kinda fooling around.

Come to this lids location if you want to get treated like garbage. Walked in inquirying about a hat and was told to look for myself... Classy for a Robson location. Current employees either need further training on customer service or need to be laid off.
