I'm very pleased with the not-quite-customer service provided by the manager of Cleve's Source for Sports. I e-mailed the store, looking for assistance in locating a replacement bike tire for colleagues who are cycling from Ottawa to Newfoundland. The store doesn't stock what they are looking for. The manager went the extra mile to find a bike store that could help two out-of-province cyclists. Thank you very much Brian.
