Having just come off of shoulder surgery in January of 2017 and not knowing what to do as far as rehab and a plan for returning to baseball, I came back home and reached out to Steve and John at the Baseball Development Group (BDG) After spending the summer of 2017 being trained and coached by them, I am now able to confidently say that I have a new handle on my career moving forward. They are able to do a phenomenal job with a hands on approach to assessing an athlete and a development plan moving forward. Without a doubt the best baseball instruction and training facility in Canada. You will not get the kind of service and quality that they provide anywhere else. I am currently a member of the University of Saint Francis varsity baseball team (NAIA) and spent a year at Lake Erie College (NCAA D2), also playing Team Ontario Baseball in high school If you are serious about your future in baseball, then train with the best at BDG

Steve and John are two of, if not the best baseball trainers within the GTA. From a truly revolutionary training program that is in front of most MLB organizations, to the constant feedback from a baseball skill standpoint, BDG is the place to train for the elite baseball player in Toronto. For my background, I personally played two seasons at Northwood University in Michigan (GLIAC champions 2017), and was the Captain of the Concordia University team in Montreal for two years as well. The training I have received here has been far and beyond anything I had done prior; to the point where I am the healthiest, and strongest I have ever been as a baseball player in my career. And I owe much of that to both Steve and John. Would highly suggest for any prospective college/pro baseball player trying to make the next step in their career to make a visit to BDG, or give them a shout. It has been one of the best decisions I've made as a baseball player. It could potentially be one of yours as well.
