Steve and John are two of, if not the best baseball trainers within the GTA. From a truly revolutionary training program that is in front of most MLB organizations, to the constant feedback from a baseball skill standpoint, BDG is the place to train for the elite baseball player in Toronto.
For my background, I personally played two seasons at Northwood University in Michigan (GLIAC champions 2017), and was the Captain of the Concordia University team in Montreal for two years as well. The training I have received here has been far and beyond anything I had done prior; to the point where I am the healthiest, and strongest I have ever been as a baseball player in my career. And I owe much of that to both Steve and John.
Would highly suggest for any prospective college/pro baseball player trying to make the next step in their career to make a visit to BDG, or give them a shout.
It has been one of the best decisions I've made as a baseball player.
