Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Called ahead to tell them what we were coming in for and it was ready when we arrived. They also had some comparable gear out to make sure we got the best protection/comfort/price. Cheers Ian and Kat.

Great selection of baseball / fastball / softball equipment and clothing. Staff was helpful and knowledgeable. Prices for basic gear were comparable to Canadian Tire / Sportchek, but they also have higher end baseball equipment.

I was going to support this business and spend my money there. But for some reason I was informed by the manager that the owner refuses to accept First Nation status cards for our rightful tax exemption. So needless to say, I won't be shopping here and will spread the word throughout the local Indigenous community (of which there are alot of baseball/softball players) to not shop here, as they don't respect our rightful tax exemption at point of sale.

Great service and prices. The best selection in town.

I need to connect with Baseball Town - Ottawa on Facebook so I know when they have sales. Nonetheless, great store, great location, great selection, and very attentive staff. Apparently they make popcorn on certain days, and kids love it - adults too I'm sure:). Purchased a Rawlings catchers combo kit today, and looking forward to surprising my son at tomorrow's baseball clinic.
